Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ahmedabad for a GST Manager. The GST Manager will be responsible for overseeing all GST-related functions, including compliance, filing of returns, and ensuring adherence to the latest regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing GST documentation, managing GST audits, coordinating with clients to resolve GST queries, and providing strategic tax advice. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution and identifying opportunities for GST optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and filing processes, with expertise in GST compliance and audits
• Proficiency in financial analysis, tax planning, and strategic consultation related to taxation
• Experience in client management, problem-solving, and resolving tax-related inquiries
• Familiarity with accounting software, financial tools, and ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification such as CA is a strong advantage
• Experience in consultancy firms or similar fields is preferred but not mandatory
