GST LITIGATION SPECIALIST

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GST Litigation Specialist based in Nagpur. The GST Litigation Specialist will be responsible for handling litigation matters related to GST, property damage, insurance claims, and civil litigation. This includes researching legal issues, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The role will involve coordinating with clients, maintaining case files, and staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

• Experience in Law and Civil Litigation
• Strong background in handling Insurance and Property Damage cases
• Expertise in GST and related tax compliance matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Relevant certifications or licenses in law or taxation would be beneficial
