Purpose Of The Role
GSSC Operations consultant be a key member of the GSSC team for Reed & Mackay. This role will be responsible for generating the boarding pass for the global customers 24 hours prior to departure.
Core Skills/Competencies Required
- The ability to meet agreed on deadlines.
- Travel industry experience.
- Travel terminologies and GDS experience
- Methodical approach.

Responsibilities
- Generating boarding pass to travellers.
- Resolve ad hoc queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure any anomalies are reported to your Line Manager effectively for timely escalation and resolution.
- To develop a customer-focused approach to the internal client base, liaising effectively with other divisions across the business.
