Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jalandhar for a GSA Housekeeping position at Bloom. The GSA Housekeeping staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with laundry tasks, ensuring rooms and common areas meet the highest standards of hygiene, and addressing guest requests promptly. Additionally, the role involves delivering excellent customer service, fostering a welcoming environment, and adhering to established standards and procedures. The position requires reliable and efficient performance to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and Housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests.
- Ability to assist in Training and guiding team members to ensure consistent compliance with company standards.
- Attention to detail and time management skills to ensure timely completion of housekeeping activities.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
