VARAHA | INTERN (GROWTH, STRATEGY & OPERATIONS)

The Role
We are hiring a select cohort of
Growth, Strategy & Operations Interns to work at the intersection of
strategy, execution, and scale. This role is designed for individuals who can
think like strategists and execute like operators. You will work directly with leadership on critical growth problems while spending significant time on-ground ensuring real-world implementation.
This is a field-intensive role involving frequent travel across project locations.
What You'll Do
Growth & Strategy
- Solve high-priority problems to unlock next-phase growth
- Evaluate new markets (biodiversity, nature, water credits) and shape expansion strategy
- Analyze carbon markets and identify high-impact opportunities
- Support international market entry across Asia & Africa
- Contribute to long-term positioning in the natural capital ecosystem
Operations & Execution
- Drive end-to-end on-ground project execution
- Travel to field locations to ensure implementation quality and solve real-time challenges
- Work closely with farmers, partners, and field teams
- Translate strategy into execution by bridging ground realities with central teams
- Generate data-driven insights from the field
Who Should Apply
- Students from tier 1 institutions
- Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and bias for action
- Willingness to work in rural/field environments and travel extensively (non-negotiable)
- Ability to thrive in high-ownership, high-ambiguity environments
- Prior experience in consulting, startups, operations, or climate/agri is a plus
- Strong interest in climate and large-scale impact
