Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products.
- Analyze data and user funnels to generate insights and identify improvement areas.
- Work on user acquisition strategies via digital channels, referral models, and partnerships.
- Support strategic alliances, lender onboarding, or channel partnerships.
- Prepare investor decks, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, ops) to align growth initiatives.
- Track KPIs, build dashboards, and support A/B testing and experiments.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Notion, SQL, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in ambiguity.
- Passion for fintech, startups, and innovation.
