Role Description

The Growth Outreach Intern role is an on-site internship based in New Delhi, focused on supporting business development and audience growth for TransCurators. In this position, the intern will research potential clients and partners, maintain outreach databases, and assist in planning and executing growth campaigns. Daily tasks include drafting and sending outreach messages and emails, coordinating with internal teams on project requirements, and tracking responses and conversion metrics.

Roles & Responsibilities :

● Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant platforms.

● Research and identify relevant professionals, industry experts, event organisers, companies, and potential partners based on specific requirements.

● Find and compile contact details and relevant information about identified individuals, organisations, and opportunities.

● Identify relevant events, networking opportunities, and professional communities for company participation and engagement.

● Connect with professionals and organisations to explore potential collaborations, partnerships, and business opportunities.

● Maintain and update outreach trackers, contact databases, and follow-up records.

● Coordinate with the internal team to understand requirements and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

● Follow up with relevant contacts and maintain clear, professional communication. Requirements and Skills

● Good verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong understanding and listening skills to understand requirements and execute tasks accurately.

● Good research and information-gathering abilities.

● Familiarity with LinkedIn and other online platforms is preferred.

● Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

● Ability to communicate professionally and manage assigned tasks independently.
