We are looking for aFounder's Office Growth & Strategy Lead, a high-ownership role for someone who blends strategic thinking, execution excellence, team leadership, and strong D2C growth experience.

This is a central role that drives momentum across the organisation.

Role Overview

You will work directly with the founders to accelerate company-wide growth, lead key business initiatives, strengthen D2C performance, build teams, and establish scalable systems.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked infast-moving D2C wellness, nutrition, or personal care brands, understands growth deeply, and can lead people and projects with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities (High-Level)

  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning marketing, growth, operations, product, and business strategy.
  • Strengthen Puretive & Total Routine's D2C engine through performance marketing, funnel improvements, and data-led decision-making.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams including hiring, onboarding, and capability development.
  • Work closely with founders on strategic planning, organisational priorities, and execution roadmaps.
  • Establish systems, processes, and reporting structures that improve speed, accountability, and business performance.
  • Drive alignment across teams and ensure critical projects are delivered on time and at a high standard.
  • Represent founders in internal discussions and drive outcomes across functions.

Experience & Qualifications

Mandatory Experience

  • 23 years experience with a D2C brandinwellness, nutrition, or personal care.
  • Demonstrated success inD2C revenue growth & D2C Leadership.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growth environment.

Leadership Requirements

  • Ability to hire, lead, and scale teams.
  • Strong organisational planning and stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and leadership presence.

Skill Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with an execution-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent communication verbal, written, and structured.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move projects from 0 1.
