PrismIQ is seeking a highly versatile YouTube Growth Specialist who can investigate and overcome channel growth blockages. This is not just about scaling established channels it's about moving very problematic or stagnant channels from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose growth challenges in underperforming YouTube channels.
• Develop and execute turnaround strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and subscriber growth.
• Optimize metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) with precision for algorithmic traction.
• Research competitive and trending opportunities to create breakthrough content strategies.
• Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, editors, and designers to deliver impactful content.
• Monitor analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions quickly.

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to take stagnant/problematic YouTube channels and drive growth from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, content strategy, and algorithm behavior.
• A mix of creative instincts and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to challenges with a solution-first mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
