Job Description

Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Growth Specialist to lead new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand positioning for Evera. The role requires strong ownership of the sales pipeline, close coordination with operations, and the ability to represent Evera as a brand ambassador across client and industry platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and align growth strategies with organizational goals.
  • Drive new customer acquisition across targeted segments.
  • Maximize revenue through strategic deal structuring, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Consistently meet and exceed acquisition and revenue quotas.
  • Lead prospecting efforts, including lead generation, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and timely closures.
  • Act as Evera's brand ambassador, strengthening brand presence in the market.
  • Drive client testimonials, case studies, and media visibility to enhance brand credibility.
  • Work in close coordination with Operations and Delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution for clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented engagement.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine growth strategies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close high-value and long-term contracts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong pipeline and CRM management capabilities
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, and Leadership
  • Brand-building and client relationship orientation

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Revenue Growth roles
  • Experience in mobility, EV, logistics, B2B services, or high-growth startups is a plus
