Infrasity works with developer-first B2B SaaS and infrastructure companies on technical content, developer marketing, Reddit/community growth, GEO/AEO visibility, and GTM execution.

We partner with fast-growing DevTools, AI, infrastructure, and platform engineering startups to help them improve developer adoption and visibility through technical storytelling and developer-centric growth.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Associate to help scale outbound growth, manage inbound conversations, and support developer-focused GTM initiatives.

You'll work directly with the founder and growth team across:

  • outbound prospecting
  • lead generation
  • inbound discovery calls
  • follow-ups and nurturing
  • partnerships
  • sales operations
  • GTM execution

This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, comfortable speaking with startup founders, and capable of operating modern outbound workflows using AI and sales automation tools.

ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Prospecting
  • Build targeted lead lists across DevTools, AI, SaaS, and infrastructure startups
  • Run outbound campaigns through LinkedIn and email
  • Research companies, founders, and GTM positioning before outreach
  • Personalize cold outreach based on technical positioning and business context
  • Maintain outbound consistency and pipeline hygiene

Sales & Growth Tooling

You'll actively work with modern sales and outbound tools including:

  • Apollo
  • YAMM (Yet Another Mail Merge)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Clay
  • HubSpot / CRM tools
  • AI research & automation workflows
  • Lead enrichment tools
  • Email sequencing platforms

Experience with any of these is a strong plus.

Inbound & Discovery Calls
  • Handle inbound discovery and qualification calls
  • Understand customer pain points and requirements
  • Coordinate internally on proposals and next steps
  • Manage follow-ups and deal progression
Growth Operations
  • Maintain CRM pipelines and lead tracking
  • Support GTM campaigns and partnership initiatives
  • Coordinate proposal follow-ups and onboarding communication
  • Track outbound performance and response metrics

Partnerships & Ecosystem
  • Build relationships with startup founders, DevRel teams, and marketing leaders
  • Assist with conference follow-ups and ecosystem networking
  • Support strategic outreach initiatives across developer communities
Preferred Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable speaking with founders and startup teams
  • Familiarity with SaaS or developer tooling ecosystem
  • Experience with outbound sales or lead generation
  • Strong organization and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
Good to Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS growth or sales
  • Familiarity with DevTools or technical products
  • Experience using Apollo, YAMM, Clay, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar tooling
  • Understanding of developer marketing or DevRel ecosystems
