Role Description As a Growth Specialist at Dimensionless Technologies, you will focus on driving customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth for AI and technology services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying growth opportunities, designing and executing growth experiments, and optimizing funnels from lead generation through conversion and retention. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives and client needs. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders to refine strategies and support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and use metrics to guide growth experiments and decisions.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in Growth Hacking, including experimentation, funnel optimization, and creative approaches to user acquisition and retention.
  • Proven track record in Sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles, with experience managing pipelines and nurturing client relationships.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, CRM tools, and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, or BI tools).
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Interest in AI, data science, or technology consulting, with a willingness to learn about AI solutions and their business applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, taking ownership of outcomes and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
