Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Growth Specialist to lead performance marketing efforts across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital marketing, a proven track record in driving business growth, and a deep understanding of the automobile and EV industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive growth and ROI across all digital platforms.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, targeting, optimization, and reporting across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
- Data Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns continuously.
- Audience Segmentation: Leverage customer data to create targeted and personalized campaigns that resonate with diverse audience segments.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Ensure consistent and effective marketing communication across all digital touchpoints.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in performance marketing.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a leading digital or performance marketing agency.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Proven experience in the automobile and EV industry is a significant advantage.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
