We're looking for a passionate, self-driven Growth & Sales Manager who can take complete ownership of customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is not just a marketing role—it's a business growth role.

What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads through social networks, marketplaces, digital marketing and organic channels.
- Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage social media marketing and online brand presence.
- Handle CRM, track leads, and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Speak with prospects, understand their needs, and close sales independently.
- Identify new growth opportunities and customer acquisition channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
- Work directly with the founders to scale the business.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce or B2C businesses.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and digital marketing.
- Strong lead generation and customer acquisition skills.
- Confident in making sales calls and closing deals.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
- Ability to create and execute growth strategies independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A startup mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results without constant supervision.

Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Qualified leads generated
- Sales closed
- Revenue generated
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate
- Overall business growth and contribution
