About PocketPills

We're a healthcare platform for humans, designed for real life.

Pocketpills is Canada's leading online pharmacy & medical care platform. Re-imagining healthcare to make it accessible, affordable and entirely human. Driven by our passion for innovation and customer-care, we've designed a suite of digital care experiences that empower our members to take control of their health wherever life takes them. From coast to coast, over 800,000 Canadians trust Pocketpills to deliver their medication & ensure a healthcare professional is always just an arms-reach away.

We founded Pocketpills as a solution to fix the broken system that made getting care harder than it needed to be. We don't believe long line ups at the doctor's office, confusing refill protocols & one-size-fits-all advice, actually fit with what Canadians need, so we've changed the game. Powered by pharmacists, engineers, doctors, clinicians & service experts, our platform redefines the world of wellness, from personalized treatment that actually feels personal, to truly effortless refills, including free, friendly delivery. Because we do believe Canadians deserve a better way to manage their most important asset, their health.

Discover the healthcare platform that feels Delightfully Human. With Pocketpills, complete care is right in your pocket.

Project Quarterback: Lead cross-functional squads (Design, Copy, Dev) to take pages from Idea to Live, ensuring every pixel and string of copy is perfect.

Scalable Frameworks: Develop a repeatable Category Launch system. You will define the standard anatomy of a high-converting category page, product detail page (PDP), pages for SEO and any other conversion focused pages.

Rapid Deployment: Lead the end-to-end launch of multiple new categories at high velocity. You own the timeline from initial ideation to Live status, ensuring we move with DTC speed without sacrificing quality.

Merchandising Systems: Determine how new categories are prioritized on the homepage and within the navigation. You decide the Golden Path for users based on high-intent search data.

3. Organic Growth & SEO Strategy

Intent-Driven SEO: Own the end-to-end SEO roadmapfrom technical site health to content strategy. You prioritize High-Intent traffic over vanity rankings.

4. Messaging & Conversion Copy

The Narrative: Write the raw copy for new pages, translating complex pharmacy regulations and healthcare jargon into simple, persuasive, and credible DTC language.

Consistency: Ensure the brand voice is cohesive across every touchpoint of the web funnel.

What We're Looking For

8-10 Years of Experience: You have a proven track record of leading website growth projects at a high-growth DTC, E-commerce, or Consumer Tech company.

Technical Fluency: You speak Dev. You understand CMS capabilities (Webflow), SEO technicals (Core Web Vitals), and how to ship MVPs without breaking the site.

Data-Obsessed: You live in GA4, GTM, and Search Console. You can turn a spreadsheet of data into a creative brief that wins.

How You'll Be Measured

Conversion Efficiency: Improvement in leading users from Landing pages into our funnels (CR).
