Job Description

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

1. Own the Personal Loan Growth Engine

Acquisition Strategy (Ads & Campaigns): Take ownership of paid and organic user acquisition for Personal Loans. Strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, Affiliates). You will run experiments on creatives, targeting, and messaging to lower CAC.

Funnel Optimization: Own the end-to-end loan application journey within the app. You will identify drop-off points in the KYC, eligibility, and disbursement flows and ship product improvements to fix them.

Revenue & P&L Focus: You are responsible for the Disbursal Volume metric. You will constantly balance volume growth with approval quality.

2. Deep Data Analysis & Segmentation

Live in the Data: You won't just look at dashboards; you will build them. Use SQL and analytics tools (Amplitude/Mixpanel) to analyze user behavior, loan rejection reasons, and funnel conversion rates.

Smart Segmentation: leverage credit score data to build sharp segments for targeting. Ensure the right loan offer is shown to the right risk profile to maximize approval rates from our lending partners.

3. Experimentation & Feature Development

High-Velocity Testing: Run A/B tests on everythingfrom the ad copy and landing pages to the in-app Apply Now button and the loan offer screen.

Product Evolution: Work with Engineering and Design to build new growth-centric features, such as Pre-approved offers, Loan EMI calculators, or Instant KYC modules to reduce friction.

Additional Skills:

Experience: 4-5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a Growth Product or Performance Marketing role.

Lending/Fintech Experience (Must-Have): You have a deep understanding of the Personal Loan lifecycle (Origination, Underwriting, Disbursement) and digital lending regulations in India.

Analytical Powerhouse: Proficiency in SQL is mandatory. You must be able to query raw data to find answers without waiting for a data analyst. Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Tableau is required.

Campaign Management: Hands-on experience with ad managers (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and marketing automation tools (CleverTap/MoEngage). You understand attribution, ROAS, and CAC.

Product Sense: Experience writing PRDs, creating wireframes, and managing sprint cycles with engineering teams.

Hustle Mindset: You are result-oriented and willing to do whatever it takes to move the needlewhether that's writing ad copy or debugging an API error.
