Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Are you passionate about operational excellence and business growth As a Growth Platforms Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our growth platforms by providing critical operational support. In this fully operations-focused role, you'll streamline processes, support business development, and foster team engagement to help achieve our go-to-market objectives.
Alliance Community Engagement
- Deliver and facilitate State of the Practice sessions, educational and training events, and core team meetings, including all preparation, recaps, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain and curate communication channels, distribution lists, newsletters, and community activities to foster engagement across the alliance network.
- Provide support for outreach to communities of practice and share key knowledge or best practices.
Operational and Process Excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tactical requests, prioritizing and executing operational support needs for alliance teams.
- Advice on best practices, introduce new tools/methods, and make ongoing recommendations for process improvement.
- Coach and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
- Proactively manage workflow, address potential prioritization or conflict issues, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders about deliverable expectations.
Sales and Pipeline Support
- Support pipeline qualification by research opportunities, drafting initial assessments, and leveraging past client interactions.
- Manage follow-up and action items from joint pipeline calls and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), including scheduling, agenda preparation, capturing talking points, and distributing meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with opportunity owners to update pipeline tracking systems (e.g., Jupiter), and ensure alliance-related sales activities are accurately recorded in internal tools (e.g., Mercury).
Proposal And Qualifications Management
- Leverage centralized repositories (like Alliance Source) for managing current marketing collateral, proposals, and other alliance documentation.
- Set up and maintain secure collaboration spaces for working documents and proposal development.
- Continuously monitor, update, and validate the relevance of content, ensuring marketing and proposal materials are current and accessible.
Briefing and Deliverable Development
- Create, update, and validate briefing and discussion decks tailored for alliance and client meetings, ensuring data accuracy (e.g., number of resources, qualifications, success stories, etc.).
- Prepare executive-quality deliverables, such as presentations, data analyses, and communications for scheduled meetings and ad-hoc requests.
- Review deliverables produced by junior team members to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Assist with packaging and presenting content for executive briefings and executive-level reporting.
Compliance and Research Support
- Track and report on defined alliance compliance requirements (e.g., training, certifications, deal registrations, or other vendor metrics).
- Conduct research to support internal and external alliance initiatives, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and success story development.

Deloitte Consulting Alliances Team is made up of professional alliance managers, alliance marketers and technical architects who understand the principles that drive successful alliance relationships. Together, they enable differentiated, innovative go-to-market solutions between our practice and alliance partners that bring quantified value to our clients and incremental revenue to the firm.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 4+ years professional experience for Consultant, 8+ Years experience for Sr. Consultant role.
- Minimum of 2+ years ( For Consultant) or 4+ Years ( Senior Consultant) experience collaborating with or working as part of a Growth Platform or Alliance.
- Experience working on Alliance Certification Campaigns, Event Support & ROI Tracking, TPRM & Sponsorship, Automation, Budget Management/ Invest tracking, Collateral Beautification (Design Support).
- Demonstrated understanding of alliance strategies, goals, and relationship constructs. You must be able to credibly engage with internal and external stakeholders on Alliance or Growth Platform-specific topics and trends.
- Operational Excellence: Proficiency in delivering high quality deliverables related to governance, project and process management, and operations tasks
- Analytics: Proficiency in CRM, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel/Sheets for accurate pipeline, KPI, and compliance reporting.
- Alliance Program Knowledge: Deep familiarity with partner portals, deal registration processes, MDF, and certification tracking.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional teaming skills with executive presence; ability to engage and influence stakeholders across domains and geographies.
- Detail Orientation & Compliance: Strong commitment to reporting accuracy and adherence to all partner requirements and deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactive mindset toward efficiency, automation, and operational standardization.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent Time Management.
- Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams and OneNote.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with teammates, internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong aptitude and passion for driving operational detail and market impact.
- Bachelor's degree required
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience working on quick-turnaround projects is preferred.
- Consulting Project experience, particularly experience working as part of a large project teams.
- Experience working on quick-turnaround projects is preferred.
- Market research, product Development, and go to market experience working for or with an
- alliance or in vendor management capacity.
- 2+ years experience working in or with System Integrators, such as Deloitte.
