Role Summary

Wonne is looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager who can own the entire growth lifecycle for multiple client accounts, from problem diagnosis at the proposal stage to executing, optimising, and delivering measurable results across paid media and SEO.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, performance execution, and client ownership. You will work closely with founders, design, content, and tech teams to ensure that growth strategies are grounded in business realities and translated into scalable, high-impact execution.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose client business challenges and identify appropriate growth levers during discovery and proposal discussions
  • Define growth strategies, channel mix, KPIs, and budgets aligned with client objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy, including technical audits, on-page optimisation, keyword research, and content planning
  • Integrate paid, organic, and content efforts into a cohesive funnel strategy
  • Analyse performance data to identify insights, risks, and optimisation opportunities
  • Communicate performance clearly to internal stakeholders and clients using data-backed reasoning
  • Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to improve creatives, landing pages, and user journeys
  • Maintain clean documentation, reporting structures, and learning frameworks
  • Take accountability for outcomes and proactively recommend course corrections when needed
QualificationsExperience
  • 47 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing, growth, or creative agency handling multiple client accounts
  • Exposure to proposal discussions, client strategy, or pre-sales support
Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools
  • Solid understanding of funnels, CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion optimisation, and business metrics
  • Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with clear ownership
Communication & Mindset
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to push back on unrealistic expectations using logic and data
  • Strong sense of accountability and outcome ownership
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with SaaS, B2B, or product-led businesses
