We are looking for one sharp, driven person to own both our paid performance marketing and our growth pipeline. This is a combined role not two jobs stitched together, but one integrated function. You will run campaigns that bring the right families to us, and you will manage the process that turns those families into enrolled students.
This role reports directly to the CIO and works closely with the R&D, sales, and design teams. You will be accountable for enrollment numbers, not just ad metrics.
What you will own
Performance Marketing:
• Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for all three products
• Manage monthly ad budgets and maintain cost-per-lead targets
• Write ad copy and brief creatives messaging must resonate with Kerala parents
• Build and iterate landing pages in coordination with the design team
• Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and messaging; document every learning
Growth & Enrollment:
• Own the school outreach and B2B partnership pipeline (camps, workshops, tie-ups)
• Manage WhatsApp-based parent communication and lead follow-up
• Track leads through the full funnel — from first contact to confirmed enrollment
• Maintain CRM hygiene and submit weekly pipeline reports to leadership
• Identify and close partnerships with schools, parent communities, and learning platforms
What we are looking for
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth, or business development
• Proven track record with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — not just boosted posts
• Ability to read a funnel and diagnose where leads are dropping off
• Strong written and spoken Malayalam and English; understands the Kerala parent mindset
• Systems thinker who can build processes from scratch, not just follow existing ones
• Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment — ambiguity will not stop you
• EdTech or education sector experience is a plus, not a must
