Today, we are expanding ApriCOT across industries and geographies. To do that, we are looking for someone who wants to help build a global ecosystem around a powerful idea.

The Opportunity

As our Growth & Partnerships Lead, you will play a central role in taking ApriCOT to organizations, consultants, coaches, and talent experts who are passionate about developing people. You will help open doors to CHROs, HR leaders, OD professionals, and leadership development firms, demonstrating how ApriCOT can transform how organizations assess and develop talent. At the same time, you will help us build a network of partners trainers, recruiters, coaches, and consultants who can integrate ApriCOT into their own solutions. You will work closely with the founders, product team, and marketing team, bringing market insights that shape ApriCOT's evolution. If you enjoy connecting people, spotting opportunities, and building something meaningful from the ground up, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Bring ApriCOT to Organizations

  • Connect with CHROs, HR leaders, OD heads, and L&D teams to introduce ApriCOT.
  • Lead engaging product demos and conversations with organizations across India and global markets.
  • Understand the deeper challenges organizations face in talent assessment, leadership development, and capability building.
  • Convert interest into pilot programs, partnerships, and long-term client relationships.

Build a Powerful Partner Ecosystem

  • Identify and build relationships with trainers, coaches, OD consultants, assessment professionals, and recruitment firms.
  • Enable them to use ApriCOT as part of their consulting and talent solutions.
  • Create a growing network of partners who bring ApriCOT into organizations across industries and geographies.

Expand the Reach of ApriCOT

  • Collaborate with marketing to convert campaign and webinar leads into real opportunities.
  • Identify new industries, markets, and communities where ApriCOT can create value.
  • Represent ApriCOT in HR forums, professional networks, and industry conversations.

Influence the Product

  • Capture real client insights and feedback.
  • Work closely with the product and tech teams to improve the platform and shape future features.
  • Help ensure ApriCOT continues to solve real problems for organizations and talent professionals.

Whom We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and energized by building relationships.

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 35 years of experience selling solutions in the HR, talent, L&D, consulting, or HR-tech ecosystem
  • Are comfortable engaging with senior HR leaders and consultants
  • Enjoy conducting demos, telling compelling product stories, and solving client problems
  • Are naturally strong at networking and building long-term relationships
  • Have the ability to spot opportunities and take initiative without waiting for instructions
  • Are excited by startup environments where things evolve quickly
  • Prefer building something new over managing something routine

Qualification: Not important.

We care far more about curiosity, communication, initiative, and ownership.

Fixed Salary: 10L 12L per year

Variable (Sales Incentive): 4L 6L per year

Total OTE (On Target Earnings): 14L 18L

Incentives tied to:Revenue closed, Number of enterprise pilots, Number of active partners onboarded
