We're looking for a sharp, driven, and curious Growth & Partnerships Intern for a 2-month, full-time internship. This is a hands-on, in-office and on-ground role that offers real exposure to how partnerships are built, deals are closed, and strategies are executed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Expect a mix of field visits, partner meetings, and internal planning - with the opportunity to work directly on live projects and learn how businesses grow from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Go for on-ground meetings and field visits with partners, vendors, and collaborators across Delhi.
• Research new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Create and refine pitch decks, proposals, and outreach materials.
• Be part of real-time discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Support business development planning and coordination from the office.
• Learn how growth strategies are developed, tested, and executed.

Who You Are:

• A final-year student or recent graduate looking for immersive startup experience.
• A self-starter who's proactive, curious, and excited to meet new people.
• Strong communicator (both written and verbal).
• Based in Delhi (or willing to work from our Delhi office daily).
• Comfortable with field visits, fast-paced work, and stepping out of your comfort zone.
• Interested in business growth, partnerships, and how companies scale.
