Role OverviewThe Growth & Partnerships Manager will lead HYNT's user acquisition and growth initiatives from scaling our community to forming strategic partnerships with exhibitions, influencers, and industry players.
You'll be responsible for building partnerships, managing paid and organic channels, evaluating marketing agencies, and ensuring HYNT hits its user and revenue targets.
This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who loves driving numbers and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
User Acquisition & Growth- Develop and execute strategies to grow both homeowner (B2C) and professional (B2B) user segments.
- Drive performance across paid, organic, and referral channels to improve CAC, retention, and conversion.
- Identify, test, and optimize new growth experiments regularly.
Partnerships & Collaborations- Build partnerships with interior & architecture exhibitions, trade fairs, and design events for brand presence and user onboarding.
- Identify and collaborate with Instagram pages, micro-influencers, and design communities to increase HYNT's reach.
- Develop co-marketing campaigns with brands and studios in the home industry.
Performance Marketing & Agency Evaluation- Evaluate, onboard, and manage performance marketing agencies
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, influencer networks, and affiliate platforms.
- Define KPIs (CPI, CAC, retention, LTV, ROAS), monitor dashboards, and ensure ROI-positive campaigns.
- Work with internal teams on creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Offline & Partnership Marketing
- Design and execute offline activations such as events, OOH campaigns, retail/brand collaborations, and community partnerships.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships that drive installs and brand visibility.
Revenue & Targets- Own monthly and quarterly growth KPIs user signups, engagement, and paid conversions.
- Track ROI from partnerships and collaborations and drive revenue-linked growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
Skills & Experience- 2 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or user acquisition (startup or consumer-tech preferred).
- Proven track record of scaling user base or revenue in a digital product.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and social media ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly analytical yet creative can combine data insights with brand storytelling.
- Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Notion, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, GA4.
- Prior experience in home, design, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
