Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Partner Growth Lead to drive strategic alliances, expand global clients and accelerate revenue growth through partnerships. This is a leadership role suited for someone who can think strategically and execute commercially.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale strategic partnerships with global clients, advisory firms, CPA firms, law firms, and consulting networks
- Identify and onboard new referral partners across key geographies (US, Europe, APAC)
- Drive revenue growth through partner-led opportunities and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Develop and execute a partner growth strategy aligned with SW India's business goals
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximize engagement and deal flow
- Lead co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events, thought leadership) with partners
- Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and partner performance metrics
- Work closely with internal teams (tax, regulatory, transaction advisory) to deliver seamless client experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in business development / partnerships / alliances
- Background in professional services, consulting, Big4, or global advisory firms preferred
- Strong network with CPA firms, international advisors, or cross-border ecosystem
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a high-growth environment
