About Tap Health

Tap Health is a deep tech startup delivering autonomous AI chronic care making chronic care between doctor visits continuous, affordable and data-driven.

Briefly, chronic care breaks down between doctor visits. Patients may see a doctor for 15 minutes once or twice a year, while their daily behaviour, adherence, meals, activity, sleep, stress, and glucose patterns often determine whether they stabilise or deteriorate.

Tap Health delivers continuous AI driven care, enabling monitoring, behavioural interventions, and measurable health outcomes at a fraction of the cost of legacy care models.

Our diabetes digital therapeutic is already live, with early results suggesting that autonomous AI can deliver medication-grade outcomes. The underlying platform is condition-agnostic and designed to expand across multiple chronic conditions.

We are also launching WeightEasy, our GLP-1 companion and patient support platform, in June 2026, followed by our Pregnancy Companion App in October 2026.

Role Overview: Growth Lead

We are hiring a Growth Lead to own the diabetes care business at Tap Health across acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.

You should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Business, category management, growth, product, or business roles at a consumer internet startup

You will be responsible for building and scaling the category as a business unit. This includes owning growth metrics, pricing, packaging, channel strategy, and user experience across the lifecycle.

The role requires operating across product, growth, and business. You will drive high impact experiments across onboarding, paywalls, lifecycle journeys, and distribution channels while ensuring strong unit economics.

A core focus of the role is AI driven growth and automation. You will work with engineering and data teams to deploy personalization systems, predictive models, and automated experimentation engines that continuously improve category performance.

This role is accountable for measurable business outcomes including revenue, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

Who you should be

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in category management, growth, product, or business roles at a consumer internet startup
  • Strong understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, A B testing, lifecycle marketing, and unit economics
  • Hands on experience with tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, PostHog, Clevertap, MoEngage, or WebEngage
  • Strong interest in AI driven systems, automation, and data driven decision making
  • Familiarity with LLM workflows, AI led personalization, or automated experimentation systems is an advantage
  • Comfortable working across product, engineering, marketing, and partnerships
  • Experience in subscription businesses, digital health, or consumer apps is a plus
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate at both strategy and execution levels

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to build and scale the diabetes care category as a revenue line.

Category Ownership and Growth

  • Own category level metrics including revenue, CAC, LTV, retention, and payback
  • Define category strategy across positioning, pricing, packaging, and growth levers
  • Identify and scale high ROI acquisition and distribution channels

Acquisition and Top of Funnel

  • Improve conversion from impression to install to signup across web, app stores, and in app entry points
  • Run experiments on landing pages, app store assets, SEO, and ASO
  • Design and scale referral programs and growth loops
  • Partner with marketing on channel mix and spend efficiency

Activation and First Value

  • Define activation metrics and leading indicators
  • Optimize onboarding and guided flows to reduce time to first value
  • Improve Day 0 and Day 1 activation across app and assisted channels

Retention and Habit Formation

  • Work with product & DTx teams to strengthen habit loops, streaks & progression systems
  • Build lifecycle journeys to improve D7 and D30 retention
  • Reduce churn through structured experimentation

Monetization and Pricing

  • Own pricing, paywalls, trials, and subscription packaging
  • Improve paid conversion, renewals, and ARPU
  • Run targeted offers with clear margin and LTV guardrails

Experimentation and Analytics

  • Maintain a structured experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses
  • Ensure high quality tracking and data integrity
  • Build and review dashboards for CAC, LTV, retention, and revenue

Cross Functional Execution

  • Work with product, engineering, and design to ship growth initiatives
  • Partner with data science on segmentation and predictive models
  • Drive integrations and flows for B2B2C channels including clinics, partners, and enterprises
