Mittr is an early-stage agri-tech initiative building a soil intelligence platform to help farmers make better decisions about crops, fertilizers, and water usage. Our mission is to make soil testing and crop recommendations accessible, data-driven, and farmer-friendly empowering communities and improving yield sustainably.

Role Description

This is a part-time, internship hybrid role for a Growth and Outreach Lead, located in Dwarka (Delhi NCR). The Lead will be responsible for planning and executing Mittr's first large-scale soil sample collection drive. This includes coordinating with farmers, managing on-ground volunteers/interns, ensuring proper sample labeling and data collection, and collaborating with the product team to ensure data accuracy. Growth and Outreach Lead will also monitor field logistics, troubleshoot operational challenges, and create reports on collection progress and results.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field operations, agri-extension, or community engagement
• Strong leadership skills to manage volunteers and interns
• Excellent organizational and logistical planning abilities
• Comfort with rural fieldwork, farmer interaction, and data handling
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability under real-world conditions
• Basic understanding of soil testing and agriculture (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team
• Comfortable with paying for own travel (A fixed stipend WILL be there when we attain a certain grant/profit stage)
