What You'll Do
- Own the city P&L and drive growth while managing costs
- Scale sales through local marketing, partnerships, and campaigns
- Balance supply & demand in coordination with category and ops teams
- Identify new opportunities and improve customer acquisition & retention
- Track key metrics and continuously optimize performance
- Build great customer experiences for plant lovers
- Experiment, innovate, and grow Urvann's city presence
What We're Looking For
- Graduate with 02 years of experience in growth, business expansion, or city operations
- Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused
- Understanding of growth levers and P&L management
- Startup-ready, hands-on, and proactive
