Growth & Operations Associate

Zubo Pets is looking for a candidate to support operations, sales, and marketing at an early-stage, fast-growing pet services startup.

Compensation: 15,000 30,000 per month

Contract: 3 months, with potential full-time conversion based on performance.

What you'll do:

- Communicate with pet parents, partners, and the internal team in a friendly, professional way

- Assist with onboarding new pets and families, and support day-to-day operations and fieldwork (travel across Bengaluru; own vehicle preferred; fuel cost will be reimbursed)

- Coordinate pet-walking sessions and on-ground activities to ensure service quality, smooth scheduling, and quick problem-solving

- Contribute to social media and growth initiatives through posting, commenting, simple campaigns, outreach, and basic sales/support tasks

- Help with customer support, light data/admin work, and occasional evening calls with team members in Toronto (EST)
