About The Role

You will work with the COO on the operational backbone of the studio: coordinating engagements, tightening our processes, and helping the company grow without losing the plot. A high-ownership role for someone who likes making things run well.

What you'll do

• Coordinate client engagements and keep delivery on track.
• Build and improve internal processes, docs and tooling.
• Support growth: outreach, partnerships and the studio pipeline.
• Keep the operational and compliance basics tidy.

• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Highly organised, with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Comfort with modern tools (docs, spreadsheets, automation).
