Growth Operations & AI Specialist

About the Role

Shivam Autozone is looking for an AI & Digital Growth Executive to strengthen our digital presence across AI-powered search platforms, online communities, and emerging digital channels. The role involves driving organic brand visibility, creating AI-assisted content, and implementing modern SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AIO (AI Optimization), and LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization) strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Shivam Autozone's presence on Quora, Reddit, Medium, LinkedIn, and other relevant online communities.

- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns

- Create AI-assisted content including blogs, FAQs, landing pages, emailers, and social content using AI tools.

- Implement SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, AIO, and LLMO strategies to improve visibility across Google and AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

- Research trending customer queries and identify new content opportunities.

- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and growth recommendations.

- Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Community Marketing, or Email Marketing.

- Strong understanding of SEO, Local SEO, Content Marketing, and AI-powered search trends.

- Experience with platforms like Quora, Reddit, Medium, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress is preferred.

- Excellent written communication, research skills & Passion for AI tools
