Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Planning
- Lead annual and quarterly strategy planning cycles, translating business objectives into actionable roadmaps
- Conduct structured problem-solving on strategic priorities - market segments, competitive benchmarking, whitespace analysis
- Prepare Board / ExCo-level strategy decks, business reviews, comprehensive analysis
2. Growth Strategy & User Acquisition
- Design and evaluate growth levers across organic, paid, referral, and partnership channels
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define growth experiments, success metrics, and feedback loops
- Build cohort-level user journey analyses to identify conversion and retention improvement opportunities
- Own growth dashboards and KPI frameworks - track CAC, activation rates, D30/D90 retention, and funnel metrics
3. Monetization & Revenue Strategy
- Develop and refine monetization frameworks across ABCD's financial products
- Identify revenue expansion opportunities through pricing strategy, premium product tiers, and new monetization models
- Build detailed P&L models and unit economics to evaluate monetization initiatives
4. Cross-Sell & Portfolio Revenue
- Design and execute cross-sell strategy across ABCD's multi-product portfolio to improve share of wallet per customer
- Leverage customer segmentation, behavioural data, and propensity models to identify high-potential cross-sell cohorts
- Work with product, data science, and marketing teams to build personalised cross-sell journeys
- Track cross-sell conversion rates, incremental revenue, and customer lifetime value (LTV) impact - report to senior leadership
- Evaluate and operationalise new cross-sell programs including loyalty-linked triggers, lifecycle nudges, and bundled offers
5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
- Continuously scan the competitive landscape in digital financial services - identify threats, opportunities, and best practices
- Synthesise intelligence from earnings calls, industry reports (BCG, McKinsey, RedSeer), regulatory filings, and primary research
- Provide strategic inputs to the product roadmap based on market signals
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of total work experience in strategy, consulting, or a high-growth fintech / BFSI company
- Strong analytical skills - proficiency in Excel for financial modelling, P&L analysis, and scenario planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills - ability to craft crisp, board-ready narratives
- Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
- Prior experience in digital lending, wealth management, insurance, or payments
- Exposure to CRM platforms, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty programme design
- Experience working in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder organisation
