Responsibilities

LinkedIn and Google Ads Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Develop targeted strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion throughout the customer journey.

Full Funnel Email Marketing

  • Implement and oversee full-funnel email marketing campaigns, from lead generation to conversion and retention.
  • Develop and execute personalized email strategies to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.

Lead Prospecting And Qualification

  • Engage in first-level conversations with CXOs to prospect and qualify leads.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead qualification goals.

Performance Monitoring And Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Track Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and overall Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Qualification Criteria (Skills)

Proficient in Running B2B LinkedIn/Google Campaigns:

  • Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing B2B campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with targeting strategies, ad formats, and optimization techniques on these platforms.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with CXOs and build meaningful relationships through first-level conversations.

Motivated To Work In a Target-Driven Setup

  • Proven experience in working in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in relevant marketing platforms.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with the technology or SaaS industry.
