Role Overview:

· We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can build demand, strengthen sales conversion, and improve market visibility.

· This role directly supports business growth by owning demand generation, sales enablement, content, digital campaigns, brand presence, funnel conversion, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

· Demand Generation across social, outbound, digital, and offline channels.

· Sales Enablement through sales decks, case studies, pitch decks, and collateral.

· Content Creation & Design for website, LinkedIn, and marketing assets.

· Market Listening & Buyer Signals through competitor and market trend tracking.

· Digital Advertising including LinkedIn, website campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and podcasts.

· Funnel Conversion Support through funnel optimization and conversion improvement.

· LinkedIn Optimization for founder and company brand visibility.

· Brand Presence on relevant platforms.

· Newsletter & Client Nurturing.

· Community Building for HR and talent leaders.

Required Skills:

· Strong B2B marketing understanding
