Role Overview

We are looking for Growth Marketing & Outreach Interns to support user acquisition, lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to AI marketing, performance campaigns, and B2B growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to prospects via LinkedIn

Generate and qualify leads; assist in scheduling demo calls

Engage on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter)

Support Google Ads campaigns (research, monitoring, reporting)

Track metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions

Conduct market research and build prospect lists

Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

Who Can Apply

MBA (Marketing) students or graduates preferred

Strong English communication skills

Interest in AI, digital marketing, or startups

Familiarity with LinkedIn/digital tools is a plus

Basic German (A2) is a bonus
