We're a fast-growing startup on a mission. As we scale, we're looking for a data-driven, creative, and hands-on Growth Marketer to own our customer acquisition engine and help drive measurable impact across the funnel.

Roles and Responsibilities

Website Responsibility:

Work with founders to strengthen website messaging

Own the website by working with dev & content

New ideas to represent data/ product/ use-cases

Growth Strategy and Execution:

Assist in planning and implementing growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, Events and Webinars.

Experiment with innovative growth tactics to attract, engage, and retain customers.

Own Events Strategy:

Drive Event/ Webinar attendance

Work with founders to know which events to participate

Identify influencers for podcast

Even be the host for the podcast

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.

Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

Drive user acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns

Collaborate with the customer success and product teams to improve user retention and lifetime value (LTV)

Work with Customer Growth teams to write case studies

Content and Copywriting:

Develop engaging and impactful copy for landing pages, email campaigns, ads, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling assets.

Social Content

Own the social strategy to be active on social media from the company's handle across Reddit, LinkedIn, X and Instagram

Participate where necessary to come across as a legit brand.

Market Research:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging marketing tools.

Identify opportunities for growth in new and existing markets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to experiment and think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques is a plus.
