Senior Manager Growth Marketing / Program Management

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Senior Manager to drive end-to-end growth program management across inbound funnels and new growth initiatives.

This role goes beyond channel managementyou will be responsible for identifying growth problems, building solutions from scratch, and scaling them. From optimizing inbound (GMB, web) to launching new lead generation engines (e.g., offline partnerships, new acquisition channels), you will directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Growth & Funnel Ownership

  • Own and scale inbound lead generation funnels across:
  • Google My Business (GMB) / Google Listings
  • Organic web properties (SEO landing pages, program pages)
  • Other inbound discovery channels
  • Drive call volumes, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Continuously identify and unlock new high-intent inbound opportunities

GMB & Local Discovery Optimization

  • Scale and optimize Google My Business presence across locations
  • Improve ranking, visibility, reviews, and conversion from listings to calls/leads
  • Build playbooks for Listings optimization, Review generation & management, Local SEO growth

01 Growth Projects & Problem Solving

  • Take ownership of new marketing/growth initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Identify business problems (e.g., lead gaps, channel inefficiencies, conversion drop-offs) and build structured solutions
  • Launch and scale new lead generation channels, such as:
  • Offline partnerships (colleges, consultants, local networks)
  • Alternate acquisition funnels beyond digital

CRM & Lead Lifecycle Management

  • Own and optimize CRM workflows (lead capture qualification conversion)
  • Ensure strong lead routing, attribution, and tracking hygiene
  • Improve lead-to-call connect rates, speed-to-lead, and sales efficiency
  • Work with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.

Analytics, Insights & Growth Tracking

  • Own key metrics: Lead volumes & call volumes, CPL / CPA, Conversion rates across funnel stages
  • Present performance, experiments, and growth opportunities to leadership

Experience

  • 58 years in growth marketing / business growth / program management
  • Proven experience in:
  • Scaling inbound funnels (calls, leads, conversions)
  • Owning and launching new growth initiatives (01)

Core Skills

  • Inbound marketing ecosystems & lead funnels
  • Local SEO / GMB optimization
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, Merittoetc.)
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution

Execution & Ownership

  • Highly hands-on with a figure-it-out mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to deep dive into problems and solve & scale
  • Strong bias for action, speed, and measurable outcomes
