About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Growth Manager – Digital Marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth experimentation, funnel optimization, and marketing automation, with a proven ability to scale digital growth efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute scalable digital growth strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, data analysis, and market trends.
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance through continuous optimization.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Drive top-of-funnel lead generation initiatives.
- Optimize customer journeys through retargeting, nurturing workflows, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Improve landing page performance and lead-to-conversion funnels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key KPIs, campaign performance, customer acquisition metrics, and ROI.
- Generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
Experimentation & Optimization
- Design and execute A/B tests, audience experiments, landing page testing, and new growth channel pilots.
- Continuously improve growth efficiency through data-backed experimentation.
SEO & Content Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO and content teams to increase organic traffic and improve search visibility.
- Support content-led growth initiatives and campaign planning.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, sales, design, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
Budget Management
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets for maximum efficiency and growth impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, WebEngage, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
- Proven experience in A/B testing, CRO, and growth experimentation.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with D2C, consumer brands, wellness, skincare, FMCG, or e-commerce businesses will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience scaling high-growth digital brands is highly preferred.
