Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Growth Manager to Digital Marketing to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing, growth experiments, funnel optimization, and marketing automation to scale user growth efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1.Growth Strategy:

Develop, implement, and manage scalable digital growth strategies across paid and organic channels.

2.Performance Marketing:

Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

3.Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization:

Drive top-of-funnel lead generation and work on nurturing, retargeting, and converting leads through marketing automation and CRO (conversion rate optimization).

4.Analytics & Insights:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.

5.Experimentation:

Design and run A/B tests, landing page experiments, and new channel testing to continuously improve growth outcomes.

6.SEO & Content:

Work closely with the content and SEO teams to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

7.Collaboration:

Partner with product, sales, and design teams to align growth goals with business objectives.

8.Budget Management:

Plan and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and cost-efficiency.

*Compensation & Benefits Package : 17 to 18 LPA* (Fixed; No Variable / No ESOP)
