We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across Scry AI's product suite. This role is critical in building data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing funnels, and accelerating business growth.

Role Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for planning and executing growth initiatives across digital channels. You will work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to identify opportunities, run experiments, and optimize performance across the customer lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and rapid iteration, and is passionate about driving measurable impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates
  • Identify new channels and tactics to scale user growth

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Track KPIs such as CAC, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data

Funnel Optimization & Analytics

  • Analyze user journeys and identify drop-off points across the funnel
  • Work with product and design teams to improve user experience and conversions
  • Build dashboards and reports to track growth metrics

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing campaigns
  • Execute email, landing page, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to align on growth goals
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches
  • Translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience in growth or performance marketing roles
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and conversion optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
