Job Description

RetronAI is building an AI software development platform that helps people turn ideas into production-ready software using AI agents.

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to work directly with the founder on GTM strategy, launch planning, campaign execution, social media growth, paid acquisition, influencer outreach, and early user acquisition.

This is not a people-management role. This is a hands-on startup role for someone who can think strategically and also execute campaigns directly.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the founder on GTM strategy and launch planning.
  • Own growth experiments across paid, organic, social, influencer and community channels.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for waitlist growth, product launch and early customer acquisition.
  • Manage Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid marketing campaigns.
  • Manage RetronAI's social media growth across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers to create ad creatives, social posts, launch assets and product videos.
  • Track performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and signup quality.
  • Identify creators, communities, influencers and partnerships for distribution.
  • Improve landing page conversion and campaign performance through testing and iteration.
  • Share weekly insights, learnings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or startup marketing.
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns.
  • Experience managing social media or growth channels for a company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics and campaign optimization.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage startup.
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, startups and technology.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS or technology products.
  • Startup experience.
  • Experience with launch campaigns, influencer marketing or community-led growth.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, email marketing or marketing automation tools.

You are strategic but hands-on. You do not just make plans, you execute them. You enjoy testing ideas, learning from data, improving campaigns and building growth from the ground up.
