We're Hiring: Growth Marketing Manager
(Performance + Content)We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, content creation, and funnel optimization. This role combines performance marketing and content creation, requiring someone who is equally comfortable managing paid campaigns and creating content that delivers results.
Key Responsibilities:-
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search & Display), and TikTok
- Manage budgets effectively and continuously improve ROI
- Scale campaigns based on performance insights
Content Creation and Distribution
- Create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
- Develop short-form videos, high-conversion creatives, and trend-based content
- Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for reach and conversions
Funnel Optimization
- Analyse and improve the full user journey from ad to conversion
- Identify drop-offs and implement improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance conversion rates
Experimentation and A/B Testing
- Conduct structured experiments on creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages
- Continuously iterate and optimize based on data
Audience Targeting
- Define and refine target audiences
- Test different segments to identify high-performing cohorts
- Adapt messaging based on audience insights
Analytics and Reporting
- Track key metrics including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and content performance
- Use tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel/Amplitude, and ad dashboards
Requirements:-
- 36 years of experience in growth or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels)
- Proven ability to drive user acquisition and improve conversion rates
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or consumer platforms
- Exposure to Southeast Asia markets
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and analytics platforms
- Basic data analysis skills (SQL or equivalent)
