Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and experimentation-oriented Growth Marketing Manager who will accelerate user acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and drive scalable growth through digital performance channels and affiliate ecosystems. This role requires a deep understanding of customer acquisition metrics, paid marketing, affiliate programs, attribution, and lifecycle marketing to improve ROI across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategy across paid, performance and organic channels (Google, Meta, UAC, Programmatic, etc.).
- Lead and scale the Affiliate & Partnership marketing program across publishers, influencers, aggregators, and industry partners.
- Build and manage growth experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, pricing experiments, onboarding journeys).
- Track and improve key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention & payback period.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, brand and CRM teams to design growth loops and referral programs.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships for campaign execution and reporting.
- Identify new acquisition opportunities, innovative channels and high-ROI growth levers.
- Own marketing dashboardsbuild insights from Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer/Branch, CleverTap/MoEngage, etc.
- Ensure budget ownership & ROI optimisation across all paid channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 47 years of experience in growth marketing / performance marketing, preferably in consumer tech or fintech.
- Strong hands-on experience in user acquisition, affiliate marketing, paid marketing & funnel optimisation.
- Proficiency in performance and attribution tools Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, AppsFlyer/Branch, GA4, Mixpanel, Adjust, MO/CT.
- Solid understanding of data analytics, cohort tracking, funnel visualization & experimentation frameworks.
- Experience managing monthly marketing budgets and ROI goals.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, hypothesis-driven, experimentation-focused environments.
