Job Description:
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Dozti, you will own the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives while also managing the technology stack that powers modern digital marketing. This is a hybrid growth role that blends:
- Copywriting and campaign execution
- Creative direction and collaboration with designers
- Paid media and performance marketing
- CRM, automation, tracking, and analytics
You will support the full marketing lifecycle, planning execution measurement optimization, while ensuring our data, tools, and workflows operate cleanly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who:
- Thinks in funnels, metrics, and outcomes
- Can write strong copy and guide creative production
- Is fluent in modern marketing platforms and automation
- Is hands-on, accountable, and execution-focused
This is not a backend engineering role, but it does require technical fluency with the systems that drive marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
Growth & Marketing Execution
- Write high-quality marketing copy (emails, ads, landing pages, website content).
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, paid social, paid search, funnels).
- Manage and coordinate social content calendars, brand messaging, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop marketing assets (ad creatives, visuals, decks, case studies).
- Support performance marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
Marketing Technology, Analytics & Automation
- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Build and maintain automations, workflows, segmentation logic, and customer journeys.
- Configure and manage tracking infrastructure (UTMs, pixels, Google Tag Manager, event tracking).
- Create dashboards and performance reports across marketing and CRM systems.
- Integrate tools using Zapier, Make.com, or native integrations.
- Maintain clean, structured, and reliable marketing and customer data.
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
- Improve internal marketing processes, reporting, and execution workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues related to marketing platforms, integrations, or tracking.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or performance marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, conversion-oriented copy.
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing platforms, including:
Marketing & CRM
- HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Klaviyo
Analytics & Tracking
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console
Paid Media
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
Web & Landing Pages
- Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, Leadpages, Unbounce
- Comfortable with light technical work (tracking codes, tags, scripts).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- High reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
