Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Job Mission

You will be the strategic engine behind Hoora's demand generation and brand equity. Your mission is to bridge the gap between Brand and Performanceensuring that every marketing rupee spent not only drives immediate service bookings and D2C sales but also strengthens Hoora's identity as India's premier vehicle-care authority. You will own the full funnel, from top-of-mind awareness to long-term customer retention.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & User Acquisition
  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Design and execute high-velocity customer acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive app downloads and service bookings.
  • ROAS & CAC Optimization: Manage and optimize significant marketing budgets, ensuring a healthy balance between Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Hyperlocal Strategy: Implement granular, location-based marketing strategies to support Hoora's operations across 85+ cities.
2. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
  • Brand Voice & Identity: Act as the custodian of the Hoora brand, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Content Synergy: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets that tell a compelling story while driving measurable clicks.
  • Market Positioning: Conduct competitor research and market analysis to refine Hoora's value proposition in the evolving D2C and automotive service landscape.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Automation
  • Funnel Optimization: Use A/B testing and heatmapping to optimize landing pages and app journey flows, reducing drop-offs and increasing conversion rates.
  • Marketing Automation: Build and manage sophisticated CRM and automation workflows (Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications) to drive user engagement and repeat service cycles.
4. Data Analytics & Reporting
  • GA4 & Measurement: Lead the implementation and monitoring of GA4 and other tracking tools to ensure 100% data accuracy across the marketing stack.
  • Actionable Insights: Translate complex data sets into clear, executive-level reports and actionable strategies for the leadership team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, ideally within a high-growth D2C, E-commerce, or Hyperlocal startup.
  • The Hybrid Skillset: A rare mix of Left-Brain analytical skills (Data, SQL, Funnels) and Right-Brain creative skills (Brand Storytelling, Ad Copy, Visual Design).
  • Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., WebEngage, Clevertap, or similar).
  • Problem Solver: A first-principles thinker who can identify operational bottlenecks and build marketing solutions to solve them.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
