Role Overview
This is not a marketing role. This is a revenue ownership role.
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale a predictable pipeline engine across India and lay the foundation for US expansion. You will own growth end-to-end: from first touch to qualified pipeline.
You will operate with high autonomy, aggressive targets, and direct accountability to revenue.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end pipeline generation (marketing-sourced + influenced)Multi-channel growth:
- Events engine (CXO dinners, roundtables, field events)
- Performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting
- Website conversion systems and CRO experimentation
- Lifecycle and email marketing driving meeting conversion
- GTM operations including CRM, attribution, and reporting
- Weekly experimentation across channels, messaging, and funnels
Success Metrics (You will be measured on this)
- Pipeline generated (₹ / $) - primary KPI
- Cost per opportunity
- Event → meeting → opportunity conversion rates
- Website conversion rate (visitor →demo)
- Paid CAC efficiency
- Email → meeting contersion
- % contribution to overall revenue pipeline
Who You Are
- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing
- Have owned and delivered measurable pipeline targets
- Hands-on across performance marketing, events, and lifecycle
- Strong analytical mindset (CAC, conversion, funnel thinking)
- Comfortable operating without structure and building from scratch
