Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing across Bangalore and Mumbai ad campaigns, content, community, SEO, and social.
  • Open up offline acquisition through pop-ups, corporate sessions, society activations, and on-ground events.
  • Build partnerships and business collaborations with corporates, communities, influencers, and complementary brands that bring qualified buyers to us.
  • Drive Guided Homebuying Programme signups through every channel you own, with clear attribution.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years in growth or marketing, with experience across digital and offline.
  • Generalist, not specialist.
  • B2C and startup experience.
  • Track record of building something from zero, a channel, a programme, a partnership engine.
  • Comfortable fostering partnerships and business collabs.
  • Excellent with content.
  • You have a strong instinct for what a homebuyer would actually read, watch, or share.
  • Data-based thinking.
