About the Role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable, profitable growth for a high-growth D2C brand. You'll own the acquisition engine end-to-endpaid media strategy, funnel optimisation, creative testing, and growth experimentsworking closely with creative, product, tech, and operations teams.
What You'll Own1) Customer Acquisition & Paid Growth
- Lead growth across Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search/Shopping/YouTube); test additional channels (Snap, affiliates, influencers performance, marketplaces) where relevant.
- Plan and manage budgets with clear targets for CAC, ROAS/MER, contribution margin, AOV, CVR.
- Build structured campaigns for prospecting, retargeting, and reactivation with audience and offer strategy.
2) Funnel & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Improve the full purchase journey: ad landing page product page checkout post-purchase.
- Run rapid experiments on offers, pricing, bundles, guarantees, trust elements, quiz/consult flows, and checkout UX.
- Diagnose drop-offs using analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings; turn insights into weekly test plans.
3) Creative Testing System
- Create a high-velocity creative pipeline (UGC, statics, reels, carousels, testimonials, demos).
- Write strong creative briefs (hook, angle, claim, proof, CTA) and manage iteration based on results.
- Build a repeatable system for creative refresh, fatigue management, and scaling winners.
4) Data, Analytics & Attribution
- Own reporting cadence: daily performance dashboards + weekly growth reviews.
- Ensure tracking quality: Pixel/CAPI, GA4, GTM, UTMs, event hygiene, and attribution alignment.
- Build clear learning loops: what worked, why it worked, what to test next.
5) Cross-Functional Growth Leadership
- Partner with product/tech on landing page builds, speed improvements, and A/B tests.
- Work with ops and support to reduce RTO/cancellations, improve delivery experience, and protect margins.
- Collaborate with CRM/retention teams to improve repeat rate and LTV via WhatsApp/Email/SMS flows.
KPIs You'll Be Measured On
- CAC and CAC payback
- MER / blended ROAS and contribution margin
- Funnel metrics: CTR, CVR, ATC rate, checkout completion
- AOV and upsell attach rate
- Repeat rate / LTV (if owning lifecycle initiatives)
- Experiment velocity: tests launched, learnings captured, winners scaled
Requirements
- 37 years in growth/performance marketing for D2C/e-commerce (beauty, wellness, FMCG, personal care preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads + Google Ads and scaling campaigns profitably.
- Strong understanding of unit economics and growth levers (pricing, bundling, margin, retention).
- Highly analytical: confident with dashboards, cohort thinking, and experiment design.
- Strong creative judgement and ability to lead creators/designers with data-backed feedback.
- Clear communication and strong execution discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling 1 cr+ monthly spend (or higher).
- Familiarity with Shopify/WooCommerce, CRO tools, heatmaps, A/B testing.
- Experience with WhatsApp/CRM tools and lifecycle marketing.
- Comfort with Sheets modelling; basic SQL is a plus.
