We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can build and scale our organic demand generation engine.

This is not a social media coordinator role.

This role is responsible for creating authoritative technical content, managing our website, driving SEO growth, supporting outbound campaigns, and turning content into pipeline.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Growth Marketing Manager – Content, SEO & Demand Generation role is based in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for :

Content Marketing

Own the content strategy and execution across all channels.

Create:

  • Technical blogs
  • Whitepapers
  • Industry reports
  • OEM platform guides
  • Case studies
  • Solution briefs
  • Customer success stories
  • Executive presentations
  • Webinar content
  • Newsletter content

Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused messaging for OEM executives, product leaders, engineering teams, and digital transformation stakeholders.

Website Management

Own ongoing website improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Publishing new content
  • Creating landing pages
  • Updating messaging
  • Managing resource center
  • Improving conversion paths
  • Optimizing forms and CTAs
  • Maintaining content consistency

Work closely with design and leadership teams to continuously improve website performance.

SEO & Organic Growth

Develop and execute SEO strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Keyword research
  • Topic cluster creation
  • On-page SEO
  • Technical SEO coordination
  • Internal linking strategy
  • Backlink acquisition
  • Competitor analysis
  • Content optimization

Build segmented journeys based on audience type and engagement.

Demand Generation Support

Support the sales and leadership teams by creating:

  • Campaign assets
  • Sales enablement material
  • Industry-specific messaging
  • LinkedIn content support
  • Event marketing assets
  • Webinar promotion material

Analytics & Reporting

Measure and improve marketing effectiveness.

Track:

  • Organic traffic
  • Content engagement
  • Lead generation
  • Conversion rates
  • Search rankings
  • Marketing sourced opportunities
  • Marketing influenced pipeline

Present monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B technology marketing
  • Experience with SaaS, Industrial Software, AI, IoT, or Enterprise Technology
  • Strong content writing capabilities
  • Strong SEO expertise
  • WordPress/Webflow experience
  • Google Analytics experience
  • HubSpot or CRM marketing automation experience
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value
  • Experience marketing industrial software platforms
  • Experience marketing AI, IoT, IIoT, or data platforms
  • Understanding of OEM and manufacturing ecosystems
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams
