The platform combines the engagement of social media, the motivation of fitness apps, and the reward mechanics of gaming. Users can create challenges, build accountability circles, compete with others, and earn through consistency. CommitAI is designed to be hardware-agnostic and software-agnostic, meaning users are not limited to Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, or any one ecosystem. It focuses on social accountability, reputational motivation, and community-driven fitness challenges.

CommitAI's larger mission is to transform passive screen time into productive, engaging, and incentivized experiences. The company is building for young adults, overachievers, fitness enthusiasts, university communities, and professionals who want motivation, accountability, and a fun way to stay consistent.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of experience across paid marketing, organic growth, partnerships, and early user incubation. This person will be responsible for helping CommitAI acquire, activate, and retain its first highly engaged user communities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to test fast, create viral loops, work with creators and campus communities, manage paid campaigns, and turn early users into passionate advocates.

You will work closely with the founders to build CommitAI's growth engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Growth & Performance Marketing

You will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as:

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Google
  • YouTube
  • Meta Ads
  • Campus-focused digital channels
  • Creator-led paid campaigns

Responsibilities include:

  • Running experiments across different user segments.
  • Testing hooks, creatives, landing pages, and calls to action.
  • Tracking CAC, conversion rates, waitlist signups, app installs, and activation metrics.
  • Building weekly campaign reports.
  • Identifying which channels produce the highest-quality users, not just the cheapest clicks.
2. Organic Growth & Community Building

You will help CommitAI grow through content, social media, and community-led campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing organic growth campaigns for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Building viral fitness challenge formats.
  • Turning user stories into social content.
  • Creating memes, reels, challenge prompts, founder-led content, and community updates.
  • Growing CommitAI's online presence through authentic, high-engagement storytelling.
  • Identifying fitness, wellness, productivity, and gaming trends that CommitAI can tap into.
3. Partnerships

You will identify and manage partnerships that can drive user acquisition and brand credibility.

Potential partners include:

  • University fitness clubs
  • Campus ambassadors
  • Gyms and trainers
  • Fitness influencers
  • Wellness communities
  • Corporate wellness programs
  • Sports clubs
  • Health and productivity communities
  • Fitness brands and marketplaces

Responsibilities include:

  • Building outreach lists.
  • Pitching partnership campaigns.
  • Coordinating challenge-based activations.
  • Negotiating small-scale pilot collaborations.
  • Measuring partnership-driven user growth and engagement.
4. User Incubation & Activation

You will work directly with early users to make sure they understand the product, create challenges, invite friends, and stay engaged.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding early users and communities.
  • Running pilot cohorts and challenge groups.
  • Creating activation playbooks for new users.
  • Collecting feedback from users after challenges.
  • Identifying power users and turning them into ambassadors.
  • Helping users move from signup → first challenge → repeat engagement.
  • Building retention loops through community, competition, and rewards.
5. Campus & Ambassador Growth

CommitAI has already tested challenge-based activations across university campuses, making campus growth an important early channel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and managing campus ambassadors.
  • Designing university challenge campaigns.
  • Running fitness competitions, leaderboard events, and referral drives.
  • Creating ambassador toolkits.
  • Tracking signups, challenge participation, and repeat usage by campus.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, partnerships, or community building.
  • Experience running paid ads on Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media growth.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, communities, or ambassadors.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Comfort with analytics, dashboards, and campaign reporting.
  • Startup mindset: scrappy, fast-moving, experimental, and execution-heavy.
  • Interest in fitness, wellness, gaming, social media, or consumer apps.
  • Ability to talk to users, understand behavior, and turn insights into campaigns.
Nice to Have
  • Experience growing a consumer app.
  • Experience with campus ambassador programs.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, sports, or creator economy.
  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, or Canva.
  • Experience building waitlists, referral loops, or community-led launches.

Base salary: ₹30,000

Performance incentives: ₹10,000–₹35,000
