Role OverviewWe are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of experience across paid marketing, organic growth, partnerships, and early user incubation. This person will be responsible for helping CommitAI acquire, activate, and retain its first highly engaged user communities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to test fast, create viral loops, work with creators and campus communities, manage paid campaigns, and turn early users into passionate advocates.
You will work closely with the founders to build CommitAI's growth engine from the ground up.

Base salary: ₹30,000
Performance incentives: ₹10,000–₹35,000
Potential monthly payout: ₹40,000–₹65,000+
