The firm has deep domain expertise across Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Healthcare & Life Sciences, and the Public Sector.
This role is for someone with founder mindset who wants to build, not observe.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager acting as head of all growth initiatives with a true operator mindset—someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and take full ownership of outcomes. You will work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leadership on growth initiatives that span AI strategy, marketing, demand and lead generation, content/media/PR, partnerships, and brand visibility.
You will ship real work from Day 1, influence real decisions, and help shape Tribeca's growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
· Support and drive growth initiatives across US Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Public Sector verticals
· Contribute to strategic conversations on company growth, positioning, and market expansion
· Translate strategy into execution—campaigns, content, outreach, and measurable outcomes
· Operate with high accountability and minimal supervision
2. AI OPS Growth
· Support growth of our AI native platform across product management, product marketing, market research, competitive benchmarking, GTM strategy and Marketing efforts to put it on the map
· Find and lead event strategies for demos and roadshows which would create high traction and conversion for the product
· Become a product champion and advocate for demo to prospects and help with building assets, Investment decks and support through capital raise.
3. Marketing & Demand Generation
· Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns (organic + outbound)
· Lead Website, CMS, for all content, and keep things updated while creating inbound traction and AI led SEO positioning (Knowledge of Framer and CMS is expected)
· Conduct lead and demand generation initiatives across all channels
· Work with common growth and marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics, social scheduling, etc.)
· Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns
4. Thought Leadership & Content
· Create and co-author thought leadership content, including:
o LinkedIn and Twitter/X posts
o Newsletters
o White papers
o Short-form and long-form strategic content
· Help position Tribeca Softech and its leadership as credible voices in AI, finance, healthcare, and enterprise transformation
5. Podcast & Media Growth
· Lead podcast creation and execution, including:
o Recording, editing, and publishing (experience with Riverside required)
o Distribution across platforms
o Repurposing content into short-form clips for LinkedIn and Twitter/X and other social media channels
· Drive visibility, engagement, and audience growth through consistent media output
6. Brand & Visual Consistency
· Use basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe basics) to:
o Maintain brand consistency
o Create clean visuals for social, newsletters, and decks
· Ensure all outward-facing content meets a high bar of polish and credibility

Must-Haves
· Deep understanding of the US market, especially:
o Banking & Financial Services Institutions
o Healthcare & Life Sciences
o Public Sector ecosystems
Willingness to quickly learn about GRC, and operational workflows with said sectors.
· Strong operator mindset: strategist + executioner
· Proven ability to take ownership, move fast, and deliver results
· Solid understanding of:
o Agentic AI, State of market, DevOps, SRE, Digital Transformation, Tech Modernization
o Marketing fundamentals
o Growth marketing
o Campaign and content management
o Lead and demand generation
· Comfortable with deep technical writing and ability to create sharp, insightful, and original content
· Experience with Riverside for podcast recording and editing
· Basic graphic design skills for day-to-day growth needs
Strong Preferences
· International MBA Preferred (Performance based US Visa Sponsorship Available) or MBA from Tier 1 Schools in India
· Prior experience in consulting, startups, sales, strategy, growth roles
· High intellectual curiosity and comfort working with senior executives
