Job Description

  • Design and run the end to end demand funnel across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
  • Own paid channels and AI driven paid experimentation, with a strong focus on CAC efficiency and high intent demand for upper SMB and mid market buyers.
  • Make email and lifecycle marketing a core revenue driver, building programs across onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, cross sell, and win back. Segmentation, personalization, and timing will be central to your approach.
  • Build and scale product led demand loops, including templates, free tools, workflows, and in product sharing triggers that generate qualified demand from real usage.
  • Partner closely with the content and product marketing teams to turn launches, narratives, and thought leadership into pipeline generating programs.
  • Work together with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, and Customer Success to support sales assisted growth, account based plays, deal acceleration campaigns, and expansion motions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation
  • Proven ownership of pipeline creation and acquisition efficiency
  • Deep hands on expertise in email and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong experience running paid programs with a focus on ROI
  • Comfort building systems, workflows, and experiments from scratch
  • AI forward mindset with practical experience using modern tools
  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product
